Healing Arts At Shou Sugi Ban House

Flow and Form invites participants to explore the tactile, meditative process of hand-building clay sculptures and vessels, guided by Jessamyn Go’s signature approach rooted in movement and intuition. Inspired by organic forms and the inherent energy of clay, the workshop encourages each participant to connect deeply with material and self.

Jessamyn Go, whose practice is celebrated across the East End and beyond, is known for her dynamic series of sculptural works that bridge art, design, and storytelling. As founder of Femme Sole Ceramics, she continues to push the boundaries of contemporary ceramics while nurturing a strong creative community.

The Flow and Form workshop is part of Shou Sugi Ban House’s mission to integrate art and holistic wellness, creating immersive experiences that rejuvenate the mind and spirit.

This course offering is through Shou Sugi Ban House and can be arranged for private parties and events.

“This workshop is designed to move beyond technique alone,” says Go. “It’s about allowing clay to flow through your hands, to express inner rhythms, and to form shapes that feel both personal and universal.”
